Delivery

1. UK. Orders destined for a UK address will be processed by The Fruit Tree Ltd and dispatched from our warehouse in the UK.

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 10am on working days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched on the same day (excluding bank holidays).  All orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday. Once the order has been dispatched, it should be with you within 48 hours.

Which courier will deliver my order?

We send all UK orders via our preferred courier DPD. It is a tracked service that should be with you within 48 hours of the order being dispatched, although some consignments may take a little longer depending on the destination. Usually DPD makes deliveries Monday to Friday. Please ensure that you have the order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for the delivery.

How much does delivery cost within the UK?

It depends on the order size. The delivery cost of ordering 4 jars will be £4.65, 5 – 11 jars will be £6.55 and above 12 jars will be £8.45.

There is a minimum order quantity of two jars. They can be the same flavour or different flavours.

2. Europe. Orders destined for a European address will be processed by il Frutteto Italia and dispatched from our warehouse in Italy. Therefore NO import duties or taxes will be due on your order.

Where do you deliver?

Currently, we offer international delivery to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland

When will I receive my order?

We send international orders via our preferred international courier DHL. It is a tracked service that should be with you within 3 to 5 working days of the order being dispatched, although some consignments may take a little longer depending on the destination. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information directly from DHL. Usually DHL makes deliveries Monday to Friday. Please ensure that you have the order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for the delivery.

How much does delivery cost to European countries?

For parcels sent to addresses in Europe, the delivery cost varies depending on the location and also the size of the order. The delivery cost will be calculated at the checkout once you have entered your address.

3. Delivery Delays

During COVID-19, some couriers are experiencing unpredictable delays due to staff shortages and unprecedented demand, so your parcel could take a little longer to arrive. We will do our best in this circumstance to track your package down. To avoid sending duplicates we will wait at least 10 working days before a parcel can be deemed lost or delayed.

Returns

We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with the goods supplied and wish to return any items bought from us, then please let us know the reason for the return, by emailing [email protected]. To be eligible for a full refund, the item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include the original packing slip where possible so that we know which order number it is.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are sending items over £30 / € 35, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within five working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check with your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If this is the case please email [email protected] and we will help you from there.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
